Doesn't let me log on I'm fed up of registering to buy tickets. It keeps saying my log on details are wrong and doesn't give me any option to get a reminder. Awful app. I'm deleting it immediately.

DANGER Provides false information S1 today information in app and at stations completely different. Bought a ticket to the airport travelled on an S1 that only went to Freising. This app cost me 50 euro in taxi costs!

Horrible user experience: useless for buying tickets Waste of time. Get a paper ticket instead. Registration process is terrible. It is tedious, with a lot of fields and then it fails, forcing you to start over. It is not worth it. Also, there are no options for recovering forgotten password if you registered in the past.

Horrible App Please stop using horrible dev agencies for those apps. They disregard every possible Android dev standard out there. No Material Design, No live on password validation on sign up, no useful hints, horrible graphics...

Absolut must have Tried majority of apps for navigation on public transport in Munich. This one is the best. Do not forget to open the menu on the left side of the app - you will be surprised how much information is there that you were missing and tried to search in Internet (like network maps, tickets cost and service notices).

Finds not always the best way The app works fine, if you chose a station for the departure. If you choose current location, the results are sometimes misleading.

Does not work any more Does not work any more, gives error message at itinerary search

dont work offline for a turist it's a no go!

mr effectively so good

FC after ticket purchase Force closes after purchasing a ticket from the favorites. I'm sending the reports every time, but still no bugfix.

Most ridiculous app l've ever seen It takes ages to sign up, it doesn't have PayPal as an option, the flow makes you cry - just 2 examples: On signing up, if you just enter a plain word as a password, it will only tell you step by step what the rules are. If you store a ticket as a favorite, you won't find it in the favorite section. You have to choose 'tickets' first. In short : the app is a mess. I would never trust my credit card details with an app done so amateurish. Who knows where it's sending them to.

Worth it for the live map See the exact location of your train. Worth installing for that feature alone.

Needs Google play services Added dependency not everyone wants, without warning

Excellent tool Helpful for tourists and new comers to Munich

Useless Very inaccurate and no informations on delays

Broken Have cleared cache and reinstalled, but all stations now frequently show "no connection". Also "Now" button too small. Uses way to much data each time it's opened

Gimmick I sit overlooking the S3 and it does not reflect the actual situation. Could be brilliant if it worked

Not live but according to schedule ... ... and everyone knows how accurate this is.

Hope dies last Not very accurate...

Would be a great app if... would show live data and not just theoretical data of the line runs :-(

Very data hungry - not good for my roaming charges! Does it always download the map, if so change it to pre-cache it, and restrict the zoom out.

Does not reflect actual traffic As soon as there are major deviations from schedule the app fails completely: Some S-Bahn trains never even appear on the map, some have already left a station when the app shows them as arriving. So: nice toy but no real world value.

where does the location data of trains come from? it seems that the location data of the trains is the target data, where the train should be according to schedule.... the reality is highly different

Starts up too slow ... iPhone version starts up in about 4 s (on iPhone 4), Android version takes more than 15 s (on faster Galaxy Nexus). Else great app.

Just does not work.

The most feature rich app for Munich. I am very happy with it.

Reservations disappeared into thin air I booked day tickets on 20 June 2015 for a couple of days in July. I checked my bookings a couple of days ago, only to find that there were no bookings. So i paid €24 for nothing? Thanks.

Broken Have cleared cache and reinstalled, but all stations now frequently show "no connection". Also "Now" button too small. Uses way to much data each time it's opened

Warning: do not try to purchase tickets for trains more than 2 hours in advance. No matter what you search and select, it issues tickets that start immediately and expire in 4 hours. This is extremely deceptive and there is no way to cancel or refund. Overall terrible usability.

Getting non-informative error message: Dear customer, dep./arr./intermed. or equivalent stations are identical or defined more than once. Please try again with modified request parameters. (40 9380)

Be precise You must type in to/from exactly. There are no hints. I found this too hard.

Cyclic Crash after start Always crashes with Android 6
